1. Return Conditions
   Return Request: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
   Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and manuals intact. A return can be requested if the product meets the following conditions:
   Unused and undamaged
   Original packaging unopened or undamaged
   Original receipt or order confirmation (electronic version acceptable)
2. Exchange Policy
   Exchange Request: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please provide relevant photos and descriptions for our review.
   Exchange Conditions: The same unused condition and original packaging requirements apply.
3. Return Process
   Please follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
   Contact Customer Service: Please send an email to help@buttontrends.shop, stating your return or exchange request, including your order number and product information.
   Obtain Return Authorization: After review, we will send you a return authorization confirmation and return address.
   Ship the Item Back: Please ship the item back to the provided return address. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking capabilities to confirm delivery.
4. Return Address

5. Processing Time
   Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
   If the request is approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method and usually takes 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
